VBike Riders collects identity, contact, KYC, rental, payment, vehicle and support information to assess applications and operate rentals. Aadhaar information is masked wherever possible. Provider credentials and payment details are processed by authorized service providers.

You may request access, correction or deletion by contacting privacy@vbikeriders.com. Records required for legal, accounting, safety or active rental obligations are retained for the applicable period.
